Who We Are
The Restoration Center of Florida is a Christian based non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for women previously incarcerated. We are called to be vessels for His use and His purpose to teach, encourage and prepare women to live their lives for His glory.
The Restoration Center of Florida began as a prayer prayed fervently by husband-and-wife Paul and Sheri Haulk over the course of twenty years. The Haulks deeply desired to begin a ministry where they could serve previously incarcerated women physically and spiritually, their passion and desire stemming from Paul's past: One filled with mistakes that ultimately led to repeated incarceration and the difficulties following his release.
Today, through God's blessings and generous donors, The Restoration Center of Florida has several amenities, all used to better serve and prepare women with life skills they will need. All to serve Him better!
What We Offer
While providing participants with temporary living accommodations, we focus on spiritual and behavioral training. Participants will also learn how to deal with sexual abuse, anger, addictions, parenting skills, career training, and more. Chapel
Twice a week, varying pastors come to The Restoration Center to hold a chapel service for our women. The building is also open throughout the week as an area for the women to come pray as they feel called.
Classrooms
The classroom building on-site contains four classrooms and a coffee house. The classes we offer teach women life skills such as cooking, parenting, and vocational skills, that they can carry with them outside of The Restoration Center.
Common Areas
The Restoration Center also features several common areas for our women. Here, the women can gather freely to read, play games, and build friendships.
Dining Area
Our dining hall is set up similarly to how a family home would be. This set up allows us to sit and eat as a family, serving one another.

When Pigs Fly
When Pigs Fly is an autobiography written by Chaplain Paul Haulk recounting his past life of drugs to his salvation in Christ.
The new Paul Haulk is greatly ashamed of the lifestyle he led in the cosmopolitan community where he grew up and the many wasted years of his youth and adulthood. His early life depicts clearly the Bible truth that is found in Proverbs 13:15"...but the way of transgressors is hard," and Proverbs 13:2"...but the soul of the transgressors shall eat violence."
All of the "transgressions" mentioned in this booklet are true, with the police records, newspaper clippings, etc. on file. Paul's story, however, is not written to emphasize sin, but to glorify the magnificent Saviour who overcame sin and its consequences.
You will enjoy reading about Haulk, but of greater significance, you will enjoy reading about the transforming power of Jesus Christ the Son of God. All the glory goes to Him.
